Terms of Service

By creating an account, making a payment, or browsing the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are booking for a minor, you take full legal responsibility for their safety and conduct.

**BookVelo is a technology platform, not a carrier.** We act as an intermediary connecting travelers with third-party boat houses and tourism providers.

The contract for the actual activity (the boat ride, diving, etc.) is solely between you and the Provider. BookVelo is not responsible for the quality, safety, or execution of the physical activity.

Users must follow all safety instructions provided by the boat house operators. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Wearing life jackets at all times while on the water.
• Refraining from boarding under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
• Arriving at the counter 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. BookVelo may charge a "Convenience Fee" for processing digital bookings, which is non-refundable.

**Secure Payments**: We utilize Razorpay and other certified gateways. We do not store your credit card or CVV details on our servers.

**Weather Related**: If a Provider cancels an activity due to tide conditions, monsoon alerts, or government orders, a 100% refund will be initiated.

**User-Initiated**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot are subject to a 50% forfeiture fee unless specified otherwise by the provider.

The "BookVelo" name, logo, software code, and "Slot Sync" algorithms are the exclusive property of BookVelo. Any reproduction, scraping, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Puducherry, India**.
